We are a married couple with no children and we want to rent a house.

We can move anytime after October 10, 2011. We plan to come to Chiang Mai around October 5 to look at houses.

The IDEAL for us is:
CONVENIENT LOCATION: The LOCATION IS MOST IMPORTANT because I do NOT drive a car. I would like to be within short walking distance of markets OR within short walking distance to public bus route. I need to have EASY and FAST ACCESS to public transportation. I do not want to live in a place where I have to call a taxi to come to get me every time to go shopping. It is OK to walk 5 or 10 minutes to a bus stop, tuk-tuk stand or to shopping area.

4 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms with a study. (We will also look at 3 bedroom houses if they are very good)
Need kitchen appliances, air conditioners included. Furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished is OK. Bathtub is a plus.

Rental price: 10,000 to 30,000 (cheaper is better, but we would pay more if it is the "perfect" house. We would like to get a good house at a good price.Term: one year

We could also look at condos, BUT we prefer a HOUSE. We like to sing karaoke at home, and don't want to bother condo neighbors!
